Terms of Service

The short version: you upload your own LinkedIn data export, we build you a report from it, once, for a one-off fee. The long version follows.

§1Who we are

Warm Doors (“we”, “us”) provides the service at warmdoors.com. Contact: hello@warmdoors.com.

§2The service

Warm Doors is an automated analysis of the data-export file LinkedIn provides to you. We never access your LinkedIn account, never scrape LinkedIn, and have no relationship with LinkedIn. One purchase includes: a stage-one report from your basic export, a stage-two report when you upload your complete archive, and one rerun if you upload a fresh export within 120 days of purchase.

§3Your account

You sign in by email link. You are responsible for access to that email address. One account per person; the audit analyses one LinkedIn profile.

§4Acceptable use

You may only upload a data export that relates to your own LinkedIn account, obtained by you from LinkedIn. Uploading someone else’s export, or data you are not entitled to share, is a breach of these terms and we may delete it and close the account without refund. No automated or bulk use of the service without our written agreement.

§5Payment and delivery

The price shown at checkout (currently £29.99) is a one-off payment processed by Stripe. Stage one is normally delivered within minutes of upload; stage two depends on when LinkedIn provides your complete archive (typically ~24 hours) and when you upload it. If we cannot process your file and you cannot fix it by re-uploading, we refund you in full.

§6Cancellation and refunds

By purchasing you expressly request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once the report is delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described — in that case contact us and we will re-run the audit or refund you.

§7What the report is (and is not)

The report is information derived from your own data, prepared with care but provided “as is”. It is not careers advice, financial advice, or a promise of any outcome. Decisions you take based on it are yours.

§8Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability to you otherwise is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for LinkedIn changing, delaying, or discontinuing its data-export feature.

§9Your data

How we handle your data — including the deletion of your raw file after processing and your right to erase everything with one click — is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

§10Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the email on your account. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you retain any mandatory protections of your country of residence.

Warm Doors is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of its owner, used here only to describe where your export comes from.
